“No Office Has The Right To Pre-Assign Votes — Calls For Otuaro To Focus On Amnesty, Not Campaigns”

The recent declaration by the Administrator of the Presidential Amnesty Programme (PAP), Dr. Dennis Otuaro, that  “the entire Niger Delta will support only President Bola Ahmed Tinubu in the 2027 elections”  is not only false, it is deeply manipulative, politically coercive, and an abuse of public office. Dr. Otuaro has no constitutional, moral, or political mandate to speak for the entire Niger Delta. At best, he can speak for himself and his family. To suggest otherwise is to undermine the fundamental democratic right of our people to choose their political path freely and without intimidation. Powered by SSG Media Abuja, August 22, 2025 — The Federal Government has reaffirmed its commitment to strengthening Nigeria’s defence industry through indigenous manufacturing of military hardware as a key measure for national security and development. Speaking at the  Graduation Ceremony of Course 33 of the National Defence College (NDC)  in Abuja earlier today, a representative of  President Bola Ahmed Tinubu  conveyed the President’s message to the graduating officers and participants drawn from allied countries.
